Click on the “Log in” link in the upper right corner of your screen. Then click on the “Edit profile” link in the box that appears. A reset password link will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account with information for resetting your password. By clicking on the reset password link, a new password will be generated automatically and sent to your email address.
· The system doesn’t recognize the email address I enter to retrieve my password.
