In summary, in order to control tuberculosis, we require a rapid diagnosis of TB patients, who act as the source of disease; and if remain untreated, these patients can spread the disease throughout the population. Therefore, we need to introduce the new approach for quick and accurate identification of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and CYP141 gene is a new approach for rapid and accurate direct identification of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in clinical specimens.
