en آموزش طرح های مطالعات کاربردی در تحقیقات پزشکی Tutorial on Applied Study Designs in Medical Research اپیدمیولوژی Epidemiology مروری Review <div>مقدمه: یکی از ارکان اصلی مطالعه، انتخاب صحیح طرح مطالعه است. این مطالعه با هدف ارائه مروری بر انواع مطالعات کاربردی در تحقیقات پزشکی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: در این مطالعه آموزشی، تمامی مطالعات کاربردی از نظر کمی و کیفی بررسی شد. بر این اساس، عبارات مرتبط با «مطالعات پژوهشی» در پایگاه‌ های اطلاعاتی آنلاین مانند Google Scholar، PubMed، Web of Science و Scopus جستجو شدند. یافته ها: بر اساس یافته های پژوهش حاضر، انواع مطالعات به طور کلی به دو گروه مطالعات کمی و مطالعات کیفی تقسیم می شوند. مطالعات کمی به دو دسته مطالعات اولیه و ثانویه تقسیم می شوند. مطالعات اولیه شامل مطالعات مشاهده ای و غیر مشاهده ای است. مطالعات مشاهده ای به دو دسته مطالعات توصیفی و تحلیلی تقسیم می شوند. مطالعات توصیفی شامل گزارش های موردی، مطالعات مقطعی، مطالعات همبستگی مقطعی و مطالعات بوم شناختی و مطالعات تحلیلی شامل مطالعات گذشته نگر و گروهی می باشد. مطالعات غیرمشاهده ای نیز شامل مطالعات آزمایشگاهی، کارآزمایی های بالینی، کارآزمایی های صحرایی و آزمایش های اجتماعی است. نتیجه گیری: با درک خوب انواع مطالعات، به راحتی می توان تصمیم گرفت که کدام نوع مطالعه برای تحقیق مناسب است. انتخاب طرح مطالعه مناسب می تواند هزینه های فرآیند اجرایی را کاهش دهد، دقت و کیفیت تحقیق را افزایش دهد و نتایج قابل اطمینان تری به دست دهد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: One of the main pillars of the study is the correct choice of study design. This study aimed to give an overview of different type of study designs in medical research. Methods: In this tutorial study, all applied research designs in terms of quantitative and qualitative study were reviewed. Accordingly, terms related to "Research Designs" were searched in the online databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Web of Science and Scopus. Results: Based on the findings of the present study, the types of studies are generally divided into two groups: quantitative studies and qualitative studies. Quantitative studies are divided into two categories: primary and secondary studies. Preliminary studies include observational and non-observational studies. Observational studies are divided into two categories: descriptive and analytical studies. Descriptive studies include case reports, cross-sectional studies, cross-sectional correlational studies and ecological studies, and analytical studies include retrospective and group studies. Non-observational studies also include laboratory studies, clinical trials, field trials, and community trials. Conclusion: With a good understanding of the types of studies, it is easy to decide which type of study is appropriate for the research.
