en بررسی روانسنجی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه سواد سلامت الکترونیکی مدیریت اطلاعات بهداشتی Health information management پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه: </strong>سواد سلامت شامل مجموعه ای از مهارت های خواندن، شنیدن، تجزیه و تحلیل، تصمیم گیری و توانایی بکارگیری این مهارت ها میباشد. پذیرش و استقبال گسترده از منابع الکترونیکی به عنوان منبع اطلاعات سلامت نیاز شدیدی به ابزارهای معتبر برای ارزیابی سواد اطلاعاتی دارد <span dir="LTR">.</span>هدف از تحقیق حاضر ارزیابی روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه سواد سلامت الکترونیکی میباشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>شیوه تحقیق</strong>: روش این مطالعه توصیفی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش تعداد 525 نفر از جوانان شهر یزد بودند که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند.در این تحقیق روایی ساختاری، روایی محتوایی و روایی پیش بین پرسشنامه مورد نظر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. هم چنین جهت ارزیابی پایایی پرسشنامه، ضریب آلفا کرونباخ تعیین و نهایتا داده ها &nbsp;با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">spss</span> تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج</strong>: نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که پرسشنامه ساختار دو عاملی دارد که این عوامل قادرند 48/70 درصد از واریانس داده ها را توصیف کنند. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 95% و ضریب پایایی آزمون در دو بار اجرا و به فاصله 2 هفته بیشتر از 90% بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری: </strong>نسخه فارسی<span dir="LTR"> &nbsp;</span>سواد سلامت الکترونیکی ابزاری روا و پایا جهت ارزیابی سواد سلامت الکترونیکی میباشد.</p> <p style="margin-left:-14.2pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong></p> <p style="margin-left:-14.2pt;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: &nbsp;The eHEALS is an 8-item measure of eHealth literacy developed to measure consumers&rsquo; combined knowledge, comfort, and perceived skills at finding, evaluating, and applying electronic health information to health problems. The current study aims to measure validity and reliability of the Iranian version of eHEALS questionnaire in a population context.</p> <p style="margin-left:-14.2pt;"><strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> A cross-sectional study was done on 525 youths people who has been chosen randomly in Iran, Yazd. We determined content validity, construct validity and predictive validity of the translated questionnaire. Principal components factor analysis was used to determine the theoretical fit of the measures with the data. The internal consistency of the translated questionnaire was evaluated using Cronbach &alpha; coefficient. The results were analyzed in SPSSv16<strong>. </strong></p> <p style="margin-left:-14.2pt;"><strong>Results</strong>: The principal component analysis (PCA) produced a single factor solution (70.48% of variance) with factor loading ranging from 0.723 to 0.862.
