To collect data, semi-structured interviews were used. The content analysis method was used to analyze the texts using MAXQDA version 10 software.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;

The results of the data analysis showed that the 11 main components of organizational culture at Yazd University of Medical Sciences are rational, ideological, agreement and participation, hierarchical, constructive, passive, work and open culture, club, stronghold, flexible, Learner, and value orientation.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
